This is my project breakdown for the 1933 Philips 634A Radio which you can find in this link

For this in-game resolution model I kept the polygons count as low as possible while still capturing the silhouette of the high-res model. I created the high and low resolution meshes in Maya and baked the normal and occlusion maps in Substance Painter.

After baking Normal Map and AO in Substance Painter the in-game res model is highly optimized with just over 4000 triangles.

I ran into an issue while exporting that eliminated the texture behind the front grill. Working on it.

I created this high resolution mesh in Maya trying to match the reference as close as possible. I used floating geometry to add creases of separation to some intersections. I paid attention to details such as the buttons having a concave front.

I collected as much references as I could from the internet. One source of references that I find very helpful for vintage objects is eBay. Some of my images are Youtube screenshots as well since I always look for videos to get a 360 degrees impression.
